The following images show the signatures of those male passengers, over the age of sixteen, who arrived at the Port of Philadelphia aboard the Ship Speedwell in September, 1749.

The signature Jacob XX Wachter is shown.  Welsey Noah Wachter stated, in his 1909 genealogy document that the signature represented Jacob Wachter and his father, Michael - that is, most likely correct.
