4 Feb. 1804 Joseph Staley made his will wherein he devised his dwelling

plantatiion to defendant Jacob Staley, charged with the payment of 200 pounds

 current money to the complainant.  Jacob Staley resides in OH. in insolvent

circumstances.  That Jacob Staley has since sold said land to Frederick Kemp

who is now dec'd., leaving Dorothy Kemp his sole extx. and devisee of his estate.
