The Viatic - Webster's Dictionary defines Viatic as; of or pertaining to a journey or traveling.  The research and writings about the persons included in this genealogic record recognizes our brave ancestors who made the awesome viatic from Europe  to America and their viatic journey to their everlasting rest and reward.  The research and writings are a labor of love and, hopefully, an ongoing effort to preserve the memory of our ancestors and to provide information to inspire and guide future generations of our extended families.

"I am Building my House Down by the River"  was chosen as the genealogy theme because of the traditional relationships our forefathers, and many of our present day relatives, have with the river.  The Potomac River sometimes unified our families, sometimes divided them.  And the river is symbolic of the flow of life from creation to eternity, I'm Building My House (midi 53.4K) View the Sheet Music Score Available
